How close are they checking now for 1/2 pt or so? Any favorite methods?:geauxtige I will be there this weekend and am not set up for tailgating etc. Hate to eat Poyeye's at the SUV then walk around a couple hours and have to go all the way back to the truck for one.
dunno bout u but I have a flask that slides nicely into my back pocket. I've never been check for such, hell I've even put the bottle in my jacket (fall makes for great liquor consealing) Now don't go making it so obivious upon pouring. They know people bring it in, but putting it out in the open will get it removed from the premises.
If your looking for a place to Tailgate swing by the parade grounds and hang with the KATT. As far as sneaking in the booze this one will only work during the colder games. I wear a jacket with my "Camel Back" underneath my shirt. Easily holds a full bottle of Jim Beam, so plenty for you and to share. WHICH if you are sharing with those around you they will be more apt to help protect the source. Also the drinking tube makes for easy pouring.
if they are calling for rain (chance of rain in TS=NEVER!) you can pack a backpack and put beer or whatever in the bottom of it under the rain coats. that is what i have done many times.:thumb: good luck
The only place you ever get searched is the student section. And that is still easy to sneek it in. Good thing they dont pick us up and give us a gender check like they do at Ole Miss.
That's about right. Nobody at my gate is ever searched unless they are trying to bring in a bag or something. Now, you have to be careful about flashing the bottle in the stands, the section marshalls keep a close watch for obvious drinkers.
Back 1999 or 2000, while attending LSU I was going into the student section. There was a guy with a back pack and they didn't search the pack. Then after going through the line the realized they should've searched. So they told him to stop and he took off running and all your heard was "chinkity chink chink" of the bottles bouncing around in there. It was pretty funny.
Now this is a subject I know well.....hehehehe...... However, since i am a chick you guys may not be able to do the same..... 1.) I normally buy those lil test tube shots and line them up underneath the back strap of my bra and some in the front depending on what kind of shirt i am wearing. (guys around me in the stands are always amazed when I start unloading my "ammo" lol... 2.) I bring a large purse which i made the perfect size hole in the lining of and can fit up to about 6 beers inside the lining and just pile up paper and tampons on the inside of the purse....the male security guard asked me to open it last year and turned red when a tampon fell out onto his foot....hehehe 3.) Buy a big tiger paw and put it on your hand with booze in ziplock bags on the inside. They never make you take off your paw......... 4.) DRINK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:geauxtige WOOOHOOO!!!
I have been searched and have had friends searched as hard as the student section going into the south endzone entrance. I use the Floppy Flask . It really is a great idea. I've had mine for years and never had a problem. It holds about two thirds of a fifth of liquor (I know too many fractions). The bag is real sturdy. I've used it at 20+ games with no problems. I have also been patted down several times and never had it discovered. And no, I do not work for or represent this company in any way.
I use the same method. A wife or girlfriend helps with this, have them very close to you as you go through the gate (front or behind depending on which side you place the hooch).
