    the correct protocol is to paypal [email protected] any amount you feel is best. usually 3 or 4 figures works just fine.

    Click on Control Panel...then go down to the last item listed and click on "Upgrade to Contributor".

    It is 20 dollars a year to be labeled as a Contributor to the board and have access to all of the features.
