She is finishing recovery from an injury. She has not dressed out for a while now and was in street clothes tonight.

It's not Temeka's job to score -- it's to distribute the ball. She had 9 assists, I think.

And yes, it's likely that if not for Seimone's ability to consistently hit 12-foot jumpers and get to the basket for good shots, LSU wouldn't be #1, but that's not a surprise to anyone. That's her game - not really anything out of the ordinary for her.

C'mon Mike! We're 21-1! Tennessee is a great team with perhaps the best coach in all of WCBB. Whatever Pokey is doing is working. Temeka has never been a scorer. She is everything a true point guard should be. Without her last night we lose.

I was in the last row of U-14. I thought it was great from up there. You can see things developing, passing lanes, etc.

Hell, it's the morning after and I'm STILL jacked up about the big win last night!

HELL YES! GEAUX LSU LADY TIGERS!

When I went to the Rutgers game here in New Jersey, I was early in the arena. I brought my LSU flag to the Lady Tigers pre-game practice session. I was able to hang the flag over a rail and yell at the team " T E M E K A!" "S E I M O N E!"

I know they heard me because I saw them talking to each other and one of the girls looked up at me and kind of giggled. They probably thought that I looked like a big fool, because it is true that I'm a Fool for LSU!

    .

Me too, I could see everything clear as day and I'm in Georgia. :hihi: And Temaka still looked good for most of the games to me. She had a few ill advised plays but name a point guard that has the ball in their hand for 40 minutes that wouldn't. I just hated the deja vu play at the end where she tried to dribble between the double team, lost the ball and the Vols went in for an easy layup. Almost indentical to the play vs UT in the final four except on the opposite side of the floor.

She slipped this time. It was pretty obvious. Must've been a wet spot on the floor.
