I found the selection order for this year's BCS bowls. It's Orange, Fiesta, then Sugar. found it at www.bcsfootball.org/mediaguide.pdf. It also says that if one of these bowls loses it's host team, then they pick first. So the Fiesta will pick first since Texas will be in the Rose Bowl. So i don't know if that means we pick after Orange or after Orange and the second Fiesta pick.
From looking at everyones bowl projections, I'd say Sugar still picks last. Good thought though. I see your logic.
I would'nt mind the Orange Bowl ! Of course, i'm still hoping for a couple of the teams above us to lose so we can get to Pasadena. BTW, if USC loses, I think that the polls will still rank them higher than us, thus they still get to the Rose Bowl. That would make for a heck of an argument - putting USC as an examplle for both sides.
