Looks like CFN is going to pick  to beat those rednecks next week!

    Fold Tide!:thumb:

    GEAUX TIGERS!
  2. I enjoy reading CFN. They seem to always give LSU a fair shake.
  3. That is by far, the most optomistic projection I have read yet.
  4. There's just so many writers/opinions over there though. Here's a pretty good article on the "Plus One" playoff format.

Realistically, I'll maybe give them USC over LSU in a non Sugar Bowl matchup in 2003. But no way does USC beat the Dorsey/McGahee/Andre Johnson/Shockey Miami team of 2002, no way.
  5. North Texas hurt our BCS computer rankings much more than APSU will. Some of the computers won't factor it in at all unless we were to lose it, some only count the other D1 game they played(Loss to Kansas 38-6) and the ones that count them alltogether will actually be a plus for us due to their 6-2 record.

Tenn, MSU, Vandy loses are hurting us a lot too, especially Vandy's and MSU's bad OOC losses. after we play Ole Miss their loss to Wyoming will hurt us. A Vol victory this week would help us a lot but I do not see that happening.

The SOS thing is weird but one constant is that everytime a team you play losses to some one you do not play if hurts a bunch. UT's loss to S. Carolina was much worse than let's say Florida's loss to Bama.
  6. Hell, a win over App St. is better than beating Miss. St.

    This is crazzy:eek:

    100 Mississippi State
  7. Maybe they are hyping Appy St. for us like they did ND for the fUSC game!:hihi:
  8. I really wish everyone would quell the Rose Bowl talk until 2/3 of the top 3 lose. I ordinarily wouldn't mind, but the chance of that actually happening is such a long shot due to the cush schedules.
  9. Ya know it probably want happen, but why can't we talk about it?
