cam thomas hit another late stepback triple to ice a game. and 11-11 from the line. cam thomas is not a great scorer on normal driving to the hoop. he is pretty good. but what he is is one of the best free throw shooters in the game. he is gonna be able to end games, if they can inbound it to him late. his is money in the bank at the line. i wouldnt start him, or even really play him a ton of minutes. but i would have him in any game where there is any chance of the other team fouling at the end. he will nail the door shut.
i am too lazy to look it up but i wonder what cams plus/minus is. if he an effective defender at all or is he giving up as much as he contributes

The Pels' Trey Murphy III joins Thomas on the all-league first team. I really think he's going to turn out to be a huge steal at the 17th pick
2022 recruit justice williams has reclassified and enrolled in school. cant imagine he gets any minutes, but its better to be in college than hi school
i dont know how many walk ons are allowed, i guess 3? now they have the two white guys from last year, plus skylar mays brother, for a total roster of 16. can all of them dress out and be on the bench? dunno, i thought it was 15 but i could be wrong
i watched this vid of justice williams, i like him alot. many of our recent players have been limited in some way. watford has lead feet. cam thomas is selfish and doesnt play D. smart is an all rounder, but lacks explosive athleticism. days cant dribble. Wilkinson is a pure athlete only. gaines weighs 79 pounds. shareef is never healthy for more than 12 minutes. this guy wlliams looks like a proper all-rounder, i think a few of the others guys are as well, athletes that can shoot and and dunk and give a damn about playing D. miller, pinson, williams, murray, these guys appear to be all-rounders, more complete players. williams is thin and needs to join gaines in the bulk-up food line, but i like him. i think wade is putting together lineups of all rounders, its exciting. cant wait to sit in my cheap seats in the PMAC with some nachos and a bud, and watch some hard dunkin.
