It was done on signing day this past spring and reportedly because a recruit wouldn't attend school there because of the rampant drug use.
Army did the same stuff, I think they even put it on the training schedule once. Shhhh its a big surprise!!!

I guess Randy70 shouldn't have taken so much shit when he posted this... However, it's probably a good thing if they coaching staff has known for a while that this was in the works; it means they've been preparing other guys for increased roles.
