  6. There was a lot of sarcasm in that question that I believe you missed MIB.

    FWIW, the SEC offices don't conduct drug tests. The NCAA does, but their focus is predominantly on performance enhancing drugs, not recreational.

    Due to privacy laws, a school doesn't have to report failed drug test for things like marijuana to the NCAA. What disciplinary actions that are taken as result of a positive test are completely left in the hands of the school. So, someone might fail a test and not be suspended. That disciplinary action could be nothing on the first test but if the second is positive it'll result in further action.

    Unofficial drug test? It was a wording choice I found amusing.
