Here is an article that quotes the Perrilloux's about emails sent to Ryans web site. I hope none of the posters here are the ones sending email that the Perrilloux's call "crude and vicious". I think he should come to LSU but fans should show a little class and respectfully disagree with what is a personal descision that is his to make. Crude and Vicious email
oh lay off the negativity. While its reprehensible for someone to send that kid such email, the internet affords opportunity to anyone, whether its a teenage LSU fan or fans from another school using negative recruiting tactics. Obviously there's probably plenty from average joe LSU adult fan as well but there's no way to know as Im sure most are generic email addresses anyhow. Bottom line is this happens in some form or another to all major recruits leaving their home state whether its publicized or not and not just with little, disturbing emails. Most people here are somewhat grounded so I'd expect none of our fellow residents would be one of those people. however, I see nothing wrong with establishing a slush-fund to try and sway his commitment.
Are you kidding? I'm not being neagative simply saying that it is wrong, it is wrong isn't it? I mean he is a 17 year old kid and it is his descision. I wouldn't view this as a recruiting tactic but more as an anti recruiting tactic as it would probably push the recruit farther away IMO. I would think that Saban would cringe at the thought of LSU fans doing this and hurting his chances of landing prize recruits because of some childish hissy fit, Ahhhh so you're drinking heavy tonight that must explain it. lol jeez lighten up. of course i was kidding. yes its wrong and I did mean negative recruiting tactics used by other schools know no bounds. So, Im sure there's some idiot UT alum as well as LSU fans or just people in general in on the fun. The internet is a large place and options are endless while anonymity is an easy thing. Simply saying I wouldnt put too much weight into the email issue since besides lacking anything verifiable, these blue chip athletes deal with much more worse things from their so-called fanbases. definitely not excusing it and I agree its wrong, regardless who does it.
