1. Was not very impressed with Auburn's secondary against LSU, so I look for Tenn. to throw for a lot of yards and win the game.
  2. I think Auburn is stronger than Tennessee. But somehow, I think Tennessee will win at home. The Auburn D will have a fine game, but the offense will struggle.

    Tennessee 21
    Auburn 17
  3. Tennessee will score 21 + ... and that's enough to knock off

Auburn gets maybe 14 points here
  4. Should be a good game with two strong defenses but Tennessee has a much better offense and should come out on top.
  5. What are you basing this offensive struggle on? UT let some dude from UNLV run for 70 something yards in ONE QUARTER. What will they do to stop Ronnie and Carnell? LSU had to put 8-9 in the box all day to stop it and that's why we beat you throwing.

I see a close game but I don't see how you come up with that prediction other than the fact that you're a rival SEC West fan...

    The buzzard! Ha!
  6. AU has shown nothing offensively all year. Jason Campbell is still a below average QB. Both teams are similar on defense but Tenn has much more offensive balance. Through 90% of the game against LSU AU had managed to score a whopping 3 points. It took a blown coverage by LSU for the AU offense to reach the endzone. Tennessee will score more than 9 points on Auburn, the question is can Auburn score more than 10 on Tennessee. I have seen nothing that shows they can. AU is a good team it's just that Tennessee looks better.
  7. Wow! What does that make your QB situation because JC looked 10 TIMES more poised than your mess.

I'm just saying that it looks to me that our strength (running) plays right into their weakness (run D)...should be fun to watch.
  8. I didn't say our QB situation was better than yours in fact the AU game showed we have major problems with consistancy at QB. In your earlier post you gave the key to the way Tennessee needs to play, stack the box. I don't think 10 points will win this game for AU and if Tenn can stack the box and slow down the run Campbell is not capable of carrying the load. It still should be a close game that could go either way I just see Tennessee as having the advantage with more offensive balance especially at home.
  9. I'm not sure why you're hung up on the 10 points thing because LSU has one of the best defenses in the country and Auburn was fortunate enough to only need 10 points to beat LSU. UT's defense? Auburn will score a lot more than 10 on UT...I hope.
  10. LSU's defense played poorly through most of the AU game with busted coverages and at least a thousand missed tackles. LSU's offense was non existent and gave AU great field position all day. Still AU had to score 7 very late to score 10. Tennessee will score much much more than 9 on AU while AU probably will not score a lot more than 10. JMHO.
