1. Well said and I agree wholeheartedly!
  2. Thank you.

Now that we're the "16th" best team in the country, I think our attitudes have to change. We aren't going to Atlanta, we aren't going to a BCS bowl, no more Gameday talk on the Tigers, no more love during halftime on Thursday night football, thats it its over.

LSU football in '06 will be a "down" year considering our expectations. However, I do believe we lose one more game this season, to the men in Knoxville. We won't lose to Arkansas because we will be playing for a bowl game.

Yesterday is over fellas, let's just cheer our Tigers on and beat Kentucky!
  3. I think 9-3 is still very respectible (isn't that what Saban's team was following a National title season???). But I honestly feel that we'll be 10-2.
  4. Yep, but it should have been 10-2. Last second loss to Iowa in the capital one bowl.

At 9-3, 10-2, what bowl game does that put us in? I would not mind the Outback. But I bet that would equal Cotton.
  5. Depends on other teams' records. But it could equal Capital One or Cotton most likely. Outback usually goes to a team in the East.

  6. Am I the only one around here that thinks, if you can't have a BCS game, then the cotton would be great? Here's to hoping that texass loses one or two more and meets us there. Payback for that cold day a few years ago.
  7. I love having a team that loses consistently.

    It makes winning sweet.

You don't have to pay so much for tickets.

    It's not so crowded.

    Losing doesn't ruin your week.

    It is really a game.

    It is fun.

    Screw high expectations.
  8. I agree . . . but Dallas is frickin' cold in January!
  9. Yeah, that part sucks. But at least we get to play the #2 team in the Big 12.
  10. You don't get it.

    LSU isn't that good.
