Mike Scott and JR Richard were teammates of Ryan with the Astros and were pretty damn good.

JR could bring it. Wasn't his career cut short because of injuries. I'd have to look at the numbers, but I suspect Richard & Scott might have had better numbers while with the Astros.

I think Richard had a stroke in the middle of a season. He came back but was never the same.

GDF. I'm watching the Giants - Cubs game on MLB. They are carrying the Giants feed. One or both of the Giants announcers voices sound familiar. Who are they?

dave flemming and jeremy affeldt. affeldt used to pitch for kc as a reliever later ended up a giant. flemming is pretty good.

LeMahieu is having another super game tonight. 3 for 3 with a HR and 2 RBIs. I'll admit to not following baseball very closely but I would think he deserves MVP consideration.

Disregard GDF. I did a Google search and it revealed that Jon Miller (whose voice sounded awfully familiar) & Dave Fleming are the Giants announcers.
