Not the least bit concerned. The signs of a good program is when your coaches under you are being courted for bigger and better things. When the doorbell stops ringing that is when I'd worry. I also feel Coach Miles can spot coaching talent as well as players so I'm not the least bit concerned on a replacement either. I'm pretty sure Jimbo is looking at the HC at FSU and that is why he left to go there. Bowden probably gave him a 2-3 year vow to retire and he will ascend the throne.

I agree completely, I honestly cant see why he would take that job without that being part of the deal. Seeing as FSU walked away from the table and them came back and took Jimbo makes me think that even more. They tried to call Jimbo's bluff but Jimbo was willing to fight thru another year of Les meddling with his Offense.
