Should have bet him a couple of more times, could have won even more $$$$. He has a tradition of not giving the score.

btw, that's good news you won the money, now you can become an official contributor of this forum. :hihi:

I think Sean McDonough is the best voice and announcer in college basketball today.

i also hate not hearing the score. Another thing i hate is when they mess up names. Rajon Rondo (UK PG) for example...I've heard it pronounced as "RUHON", "RA-JOHN", and "RAYJOHN"...that drives me nuts!

The world famous Alex Box Architecture influences what I perceive to be THE worst pet peeve of mine in terms of announcing...

    The famous "Hawthorne Homer"...

I won't describe it...But does anyone else know what I'm talking about?

The score is on the TV screen the entire time.

Not sure what you are referring to.

He may be referring to radio broadcasts there, Brainiac!

referring to two totally different things.

i hate it when certain radio announcers do not say the score until after the inning.

i also hate the way that Rajon Rondo's name is butchered on every different channel. thats wut i was getting at...2 different peaves. Sorry for the confusion

Hey, that's well hit...That's way back there...To Right Field...and ...it's a short fly ball to shallow right, eaten up by the 2nd baseman for the 1st out of the inning...
