Wise up, meathead. No one has said that.

What they are saying is that maybe Lowery's zero credibility suggests that he LIED about being kicked in the head.

He has a long police record for getting involved in bar fights.

Nice omission of my last sentence in the quote from both of you.

How do you figure that all of these incidents will play in the JJs favor? Unless Lowery was the only witness to the crime, his credibility is meaningless. And as I understand it, there were other witnesses.

Look, I would like for it to be dismissed as much as the next guy, I'm just not getting my hopes up just because the kid was our starting QB & the alleged victim is a train wreck.

this dude needs a few extra kicks to the head. seriously, somebody needs to follow him around with a rolled up newspaper and a shock collar.

because he is the one the supposed act was committed against and theres also testimony saying JJ didnt do it.

any lawyer worth his leaken peter will have this dismissed. its just going to take the slow, arduous, painstaking process with all things gubment.

The only witnesses that have publicly named Jefferson and Johns are Lowery and the girl that was with him. An number of witnesses have given contradictory testimony including the bar managers who stated that Lowery started the fight.

Credibility is everything in such circumstances. Especially if a Grand Jury gets involved.

She filed for the restraining order the day after the fight, right?

I don't think it will be "his" testimony that does any damage .. it will be the bistanders testimony that holds the water.

Also .. as I recall, the being kicked in the head is not under dispute, that's on tape as I recall .. the question is "who" was doing the kicking.

I hope it was not JJ and that he is cleared.

There was a kicking involved but that tape will not prove much because you can't even identify the person on the ground or really anything for that matter. Only thing you can really tell from the tape is if you compare the tape to the other tape in the bar where JJ attire is different from the one doing the kicking.
