martin it is a simple concept. Bush's overspending got us into the recession. Obama's mega-overspending got us out of the recession. Spend too much bad. Spend more than too much good. Or Republican did it bad. Democrat did it good.

Why is it terrible if it's working in Massachusetts? Aren't there parts of it that can be beneficial, and other parts that just need to be worked on?

Since when is operating at nearly double the projected cost considered to be working?

From what I've read, the only part that has worked is the number of uninsured has gone down to almost zero. Costs are up, wait times are up, the government is still footing a huge bill for health care.

I'm not saying it can't work because I honestly don't know a whole lot about it but that's the first I've heard of it being a success with anyone looking at the aspects outside of enrollment.

Costs are growing at a rate of 8 percent a year which is right below the national average, and about the rate of growth Massachusetts saw before the reform went into effect.

A lot of the costs are still related to the free care program that they had before Romney's plan. So they got all these people insured and the government still pays for free care. Pretty crazy but that's the problem with the government running things.
