His actual answer was "More than my opponent.... Every game.."

 

That's better. For a moment I thought Les was having flashbacks and thinking he was still in the Big 12. 40 a game is not the norm in the SEC.

he also spoke of matt russell.

 

I thought he said that too but in context, at the end, he came around and said that "it's gonna be between those two."

 

I mean, I like the answer and all, but I really, really favor Sabans approach...one game at a time. Do whatever it takes to win that next game, don't get caught up in worrying about running the table.

 

He was also vocal on "one game at a time" as well. He mentioned it twice on other questions when asked about ranking opponents and team goals.

 

If your gonna quote him quote him right.
