Herbert making some bad decisions early. For all his NFL physical talent, I see alot of bad decisions that might make its way to next level.
AFAIK that's basically his draft report card in the nutshell. All the physical gifts you could want, but his actual development is very, very raw and it'll take years to make him an actual QB if it ever happens. Just like Eason fwiw
