    They pick LSU To play for National Championship, Kentucky to beat Florida and Tennessee, Urban to go to the NFL (Browns), and 10 SEC teams to play in bowl games

    I could see Meyer being on of the few successful NFl coaches to come from college.

    I agree he is a player's coach and that would translate to the NFL most likely but NFL players usually take time to respect a college coach in all sports. However, I am not sure his spread offense would translate all that well in the NFL.

    Agreed. Wholeheartedly.

    Not nit-picking, but it's a spread option...emphasis on option. There is a reason you don't see options in the NFL.

    FWIW, it was their defense that won the NC, not the offense.
