We should definitely win, but keep in mind that Jack Hunt missed one game last year, and we lost that game. He was the defensive play-caller, and that can take awhile to replace with the complicated packages LSU uses. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the game we're most likely to be clumsy/unsure/mistake-prone on defense is probably the first game.
We have to move on from that one game, Jack is gone and I do think their will be life without him..... Just Kidding around a little but I think we have at least 6 months to fix things
Unless I am mistaken, Oregon St. soundly whipped Michigan this year. I know many people don't regard Mich. all that well but they did finish what, #5 or 6? So I might not be so quick to cast them aside as an easy win, especially in an opener with a new qb and db leader. Just my 2 cents worth. GEAUX TIGERS!!!! Everything. I think they just want to get the press to talk about them. Why else would you make lime-green/yellow jerseys and wear them!? And the DUCKS!? Not a football mascot, IMO. Just makes me even more happy that I'm a Tiger fan!
