Aranda doesn't have the personality to be a good recruiter and he doesn't like it. That's going to be his downfall at Baylor. I give it 4 years until he is an NFL DC

Aranda is recruiting the Big 12, not the SEC. It's a harder sell by far, especially when Louisiana & Florida are both loaded with talent. Seems to enjoy it so far, besides he has a recruiting coordinator. Right now 3rd in Big 12 recruiting.
