    Anyone look at Blake Dean as a reincarnation of Brad Hawpe. Not as big as Hawpe, but similar approach to the plate.

    Just a random thought. Of course Hawpe didn't have the home run numbers his senior year, but he hit about 84 doubles in 2000. Oh, and a very impressive home run against Mark Prior.

    In another thread, someone said we had no first or second team all sec guys. Is this true? If so, Blake Dean is an all american but not even second team all conference. Something isn't right.
