1. The many halftime interviews he has with that one CBS halftime reporter where he just about attacks her in each one. One example is the Tenn game in 2006:
Miles: "Our football team is damn good and we figure to show it in the 2nd half" (As he restrains from straining reporter)
Reporter: "and how do you plan on doing that?"
    Miles: "Play our azzes off"
    Reporter: "...thanks a lot coach"
    :milesmic:
  2. Dang, ya beat me by a couple minutes, I guess you'll be getting credit for this one :bncry:
  3. I beat you both to it, actually. =P
  4. Not one mention of being undefeated in regulation? It's certainly one of the most popular CLM quotes on other boards.

Apologizing in advance to Okie for the snarkiness.

  5.

i just realized something. snarky and snarkiness (both of which i use often) are such chick words. i don't think i ever hear guys use it. although i have heard from guys "will you please quit using that word?" :hihi:
  6. ive been to all of his press conference's this season and some last season, the man loves to say quality, he'll say it about 3 times in the same sentence "Alabama is a quality team, their quarterback is a quality guy and I think we have a quality football team that can go in their and compete with these guys"

  7. Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner. I loved this.

It's funny how many sound bites Miles has given us in just three years. For everyone saying how inarticulate he is, Coach Miles is really a master of powerful (often times, funny) one liners. I just don't have many quotes I remember from Saban.
  8. I saw that quote about the Maize and Blue on ESPN and the funniest thing was the Sportscenter broadcaster says "Ladies and Gentlemen, just gime the man a mike..."

    Laughed my butt off!!
  9. "Quality"

"They are a quality football team."
  10. "Three word: Glenn ****ing Dorsey."

OK, that one wasn't real, but I like it.

Don't know if it can be attributed to CLM, but I loved the "Four quarters of mean, nasty, tough ass football!" on the board after the Florida game.

    Edited to add:

    An older one, from 2005:

"This football team, like the state that they represent, has been through an enormous, difficult time. But they're ready to play."

Also, I'd love a t-shirt with "I'm busy" on the front, and "Have a GREAT day" on the back in purple and gold.
