and what would be the point of us wearing black jerseys? It's not even one of our colors. Plus it looks like crap.

LSU would look great in black uni's......but not the one's pictured here. Those are too plain. The numbers should be purple with a gold outline, or you could even 3-color the numbers if you like, purple/ thin white/gold outline....same w/ the stripes on the sleeve. If I knew how to doctor pictures I would try to post some, but I'm "computer challenged".

Yeah, you'd think we learned our lesson with the baseball jerseys.

But why would we want to?

LOL.....I'm not real sure I have an answer for that. I was just arguing the point that it didn't look good.

    fun.

why do all teams change up sometimes?

some to capture old forgotten tradition... some because they lack any real tradition and are just rolling with the punches. I would rather stick with tradition though.

Besides... we're harder to tackle in the white jerseys.

don't misunderstand, i love the white, and our current unis. I would NEVER want any kind of permanent change, but it's cool seeing something different maybe once a year.

ps. The tulane game unis = worst LSU uniforms EVER. they were terrible, and looked NOTHING AT ALL like my team.

Yes, those unis were bad, and now that we've tried something different for a change we can go back to tradition. Stick with what works. :eek:ldskule:
