from what i saw after week one, my thought is that florida (probally twice) will be our biggest challange of this season.
Florida seems to be the class of the East, if for no other reason than they have an offense that Georgia and S Carolina cannot match. And, yes, beating Tebow and the Gators will be tough...but, so was beating UGA twice in 2003. If there's a will...
I really dont see USC as being that good.. not even good enuff to run the table with its weak schedule...
You may want to see your eye doctor. USC will show how good they are this weekend......book it- they're good. You know how many first rounders are projected from their team?
The Florida - Tennessee game should decide who has the inside track. South Carolina has some brutal road games to contend with. I see South Carolina ending up at 5-3. Georgia is not out of it, but has to beat both Florida and Tennessee to win it with a 6-2 record after beating either 'Bama or Auburn.
Don't over-look Tennessee. Yes, their defense was exposed vs Cal, but all of that will change once conference play begins. Also, we won't exactly know if we are just THAT dominant, or if VT and MSU are just that mediocre until after the South Carolina game. We haven't won any conference games, so it doesn't matter if we beat VT 100-7. Even in our NC season a few years ago, we had a "hiccup game" vs the Gators--a team that we should have handled. Having said that, I still feel that Florida is now the front-runner to win the east... I just don't think that South Carolina is ready to truly contend for a division title just yet. One things for certain though, it will likely be a real close race in the East.
well we got FL at home so that one doesnt worry me as much as Arky... Tenn doesnt even bother me. we should be 7-1 going into that game. the one loss? SC state.:hihi: j/k. i just hope we keep it close with yall. i cant believe how stacked yall are.
My how things change. While the Nation has been bagging on Miles, he's been quietly amassing a lil arsenal. Thank you for the kind word. :thumb:
