I am assuming you mean the human polls, and not the BCS. And if you mean exactly that, then I will bet you on this that you are dead wrong. Everybody knows LSU is the 2nd best team in the country (after Florida loses miserably).

It wasn't too bad. The taste was enhanced by LSU finishing ahead of USC. I am surprised, but look at the votes. It wasn't a runaway by any stretch. Many writers tried to push the Trojans up there.
