Les already has an average of 10 wins a season and a chance to improve that. WTF is mediocre about that?

sorry man. its a good description. I guess sometimes we all need to put on our big girl pants and take a little heat. I certainly have had to.

    its all good.

its over now. maybe just maybe we can sneak out of Little rock with a W.

I think we should have blown the Rebs out but I'll take a one point last minute win in Little Rock if that's all we can do. somehow, someway.

a sorry win is better than a well played loss any day.

not a thing. if you have a talent pool of Arkansas or Ole Miss.

If you have our current level of talent, it is about normal.

It depends on what you're comparing it to Red. if you use the rest of the NCAA then you're right.

This team has arguably as much or more talent across the board as the 03 team. Sure there are some places you can say, wait no this player was better here and that player was better there. But if you look at the forrest and not the trees.

Well there is another way to look at it. Saban didnt come into LSU like a house on fire, of course he didnt have this level of recruits either. I also think Saban even learned allot here with the good talent he had at his disposal. SO maybe Les can grow into the job and get better. I know 10 wins is great, but if he improves from there? could be another trophy in the cabinent who knows.

    Off subject:

has anyone noticed our Defense has played a little less than it's normal shut down no points every since Beckwith got hurt?
I really think we miss that guy. He was better than allot give him credit for.

I cant give the offense any excuses though.

I guess some of us look at the half glass being full, and some others, as a half empty glass. But guess what, the glass is in reality close to 80% full!

I wasn't criticizing him. I'm just saying it sounded odd. Even though you're an old goat (and I mean that affectionately), I've probably been outside the area alot more than you; first with the military and now with with current job; and I've never heard of anyone pronouncing it that way. Oh well. Just splitting hairs at this point.
