i didnt get to watch the game so i might be off base here but if you guys had only ran pass plays for like the entire second half dont you think auburn might have caught on?

I wasn't in favor of the LesMiles hire. Or maybe just hated to see Saban go. However Les is putting a quality team on the field The hot dogging is down from last year so it doesn't appear we are the next Miami.THe hot dogging is entertaining to watch when you back it up play after play but not the stuff I saw last year. Any way I agree with much of what Tirk said and while I may not be on his bandwagon just yet I do have great expectations. Also must say I like Bo's defense.
Anyone watching the three Stoopses over the last couple years will appreciate Les even more. We know OU got screwed with a couple of calls and its getting all the pub because it was one highlighted play at the end that media hacks can watch and analyze even though they didnt see the game. The LSU game was a clusterphuck from start to finish so the fat hacks arent aware this was a worse screw job.. but i digress, back to the 3 stoopses. From Bob's bs not clearing the field during warmups in '03 to his whiny ass halftime speech about having the better defense, I began to see some flaws in the great one. fast forward to the zona matchup this year where michael decided to have a block party at midfield before the game then deny it afterwards. plus he kicks a fg with a minute left after getting skullphucked the entire 60 minutes. Now Robert is threatening to take the Washington game off the schedule unless the fudgePAC-10 removes their conference officials plus hes demanding a forfeit or removal of the Quack debacle off the schedule like it was never played. I think personally, I had given the stoops clowns far too much credit in the past and have reevaluated my opinion of these guys and now have very little respect for either of them. Ill throw in the 3rd stooge (mark) with guilt by association, plus he's on the zona staff anyhow. compare these guys to les' professionalism and its quite clear which one is different. I just wouldnt be able to handle a whiny-ass freaking crybaby of a coach that bob clearly is or a thug-u wannabe coach in mike. you can have these clowns.
I am in total agreement. Les has handled the debacle in a classy way, as opposed to Stoop's high pitched, blood coming out of your ears, screachy whine. We will be swept under the rug with the national media, because like Petey "I ain't no Christmas" Caroll, the squeeky wheel gets the grease. Screw that noise. I liked the way Les handled the situation by making his displeasure known while remaining professional. I am glad we don't have one of the Stoops boys and am loving this hire more by the day.
