Yea, it is funny that in 8 over times Mond managed to muster 287 passing yards on 107 plays. He threw the ball 51 times and completed 23 passes. A smooth 45% completion percentage!
No. Aranda didn’t forget how to coordinate defense suddenly. I think it’s been a series of coincidences, including Delpit just hasn’t played well this year- before the injury included. We will get it fixed and be a better team at the end of the year than we were at the start of it.
At this point I think Delpit should be graded as a 3rd rounder. He looks to me like a player that has done his very best to avoid injury at all cost so he can get an NFL payout. He had a great year last year, but he is no longer "arguably the best defensive player in the country".
There is a huge difference in he and Adams. Adams NEVER took a play off. Dude brought it every single week.
