How will Saban endangering Tua's NFL career affect Alabama's recruiting going forward?

Swerved It appears my hypocrisy knows no bounds.

No.. But I'm certain that Saban did not put up much of an argument if Tua said he wanted to play. Saban should have not even so much as given him the choice. ESPECIALLY last week... Saban's job is to win, but it's also to protect his players. He did not.

I think nick wanted points period, so he could get that #4 spot. All he needed was someone i.e. tua to say I want to go back in. But he is the "greatest coach" of all time and should have known that every down tua plays is another chance for disaster. Karma's a bitch

According to Saban himself, he said he wanted to give Tua a 2 minute drill for practice at the end of the half.

Sounds like 2 bad decisions in a row at the end of half’s.

Whatever dude I would be ridiculously pissed at eaux or peyton if burrow or brees were in that spot. And they left either in.

Regardless of the above, Saban's dreams are unraveling before his--and all of Alabama's fans--eyes.

Gotta go now. Got to find my box of salty bitter tears to shed for Saban.*

*No disparagement of Tua here. He's a champion.

Saban ruined this kids career plain and simple. He should not have even suited up today.

Let's just say for the sake of discussion that Nick pulled Tua midway through the 2nd quarter today. And that Tua suffered the injury he suffered today in the first 5 minutes of next weeks game. Would you blame Saban?

If the kid isn't 100%, you are damn right he would be blamed. If he isn't 100% then obviously he can't scrambled or protect himself when normally he would be able.
