We haven't done that all year. It was just a good heads up play.

I like it better when we line up in the spread in short yardage situations.

.He could have faked the pitch rolled left and scored

The Ware Cat was a novel idea early this year but it's just been a waste of a down lately. There are only two possibilities... Ware up the middle or Ford on the pitch. I'd be happy if I never saw that formation again.

The problem with the formation is Ware lacks ability/experience to make reads.

Another ugly game. The team is very flat. On LSU looks lost D. There is no push, horrible tackling, etc. Ark has helped us with penalties and TOs. On O LSU cant seem to find any flow. Mett is way off again today. His passes are just missing. On many of the passes the routes are just ran too short. We get a few good runs then suddenly the OL can make a hole.

I dont mind going for it fourth down, this is the time and game to do that. Its bad though when everyone knows where the play is going. I think we do much better trying to run up the middle or off tackle in a regular formation. By watching the game youd think LSU is playing the Ark of a few years ago. They just one step ahead of us.

Dodged another bullet to keep them scoreless so far. Offense has to wake up now.
