After getting blasted for his contemptible hypocrisy in begging for relief aid for his home state, Rand Paul now insists that we shouldn't "politicize" disaster relief. But disaster is EXACTLY THE CORRECT TIME to politicize, to recall those philosophies, votes, and decisions that preceded and many times even caused such disasters.

Fortunately for Kentuckians, Joe Biden is an American first and Democrat somewhere later down the line. And ALL CLASS, as opposed to that which preceded him. Biden IMMEDIATELY went on the offensive against disaster, rounding up the aid he's authorized to administer and urging Congress into much more.

But we shouldn't forget how Rand Paul and many of his Republican colleagues reacted to previous disasters: Rand Paul voted AGAINST:

    - 9/11 first responders bill that would compensate the families of heroes of that dreadful day, families that lost much of their futures.
    - disaster relief for New York, New Jersey, and our Northeast after Hurricane Sandy.
    - disaster relief for Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria.
    - disaster relief for Louisiana after Hurricane Laura.
    - disaster relief for Louisiana after Hurricane Delta.
    - disaster relief for Texas after Hurricane Harvey.

And let's make this perfectly clear, also: Rand Paul, as a self-professed Ayn Randian, his first name even an homage to that goddess of greed, couldn't care less for the stricken folks of Kentucky. He's got his, you get yours has always been his creed and modus operandi. This sudden burst of begging is nothing more than looking out for votes.

Treason Party hypocrisy rears its ugly head again. Paul Gosar (R-Az) beams to his hometown constituents:

“I am pleased to announce that the City of Kingman will receive this critical funding for economic relief related to operational costs for cleaning and sanitizing the Kingman Airport to combat the spread of COVID-19. This funding is essential to maintaining safe and reliable air service to the community,”

Except that that Treason Party member voted AGAINST that "critical funding"... not once, but twice.

Rep. Paul Gosar opposed COVID-19 relief funding before he shamelessly took credit for it (yahoo.com)
