He started doing this after the Pittsburgh game if I am not mistaken. You no longer see these 4-5 yard losses. He may get bottled up at the line of scrimmage for little or no gain, but we no longer face the prospects of a 2nd and 14 after a Bush run.
What happened is simple. Duece had a good game, and was in the backfield with Bush more often. This opened everything up for Reggie and he got his mind right early and never looked back. And he also cost me a passing TD, plus in my league you get 5 bonus points for a TD pass over 50 yards, so he cost me a total of 13 points. 2 for the 20 yards he didn't get, 6 for the TD and 5 for the bonus.
Same here except he didn't cost me a Touchdown he cost one of my roommates a touchdown which would've knocked the 1 guy we absolutely hate out of the playoffs. So Reggie didn't just screw 1 person in our league he screwed everyone but 1.
later that drive he ran it for an 11 yard TD. so subtract 7 pts from the 13 you say he lost you. and be happy he's on your team cuz he is gonna kill from here on out.
I think you misunderstood. The point loss came from Drew Brees' points, not Reggie Bush's. Anyway, I was mostly joking. I really could care less about my fantasy team as long as the Saints are winning.
oh, my bad. Yeah, I am the same way with the fantasy stuff.....nothing comes between me and my Saints (disclaimer: unless it's the championship game and there's too much money ridin on it). I am in a league where you must start 1 Saints player (so everybody drafted either the Saints D, kicker, or some offensive player). I have Colston, and he was leading the entire league at the WR category before the injury. Playoffs start in 2 weeks for me (I have a bye week for finishing 2nd, luckily), so I need to him to come back and kill for me.
Right, cause it's a good thing you keep the crackhead RB that eventually will run down any organization he's part of or the QB shows no potential at all when he is on your team. These are the new Saints (I hope). They won't be so greedy (sob sell the team, Benson!). We'd trade all our recievers before we'd trade Brees or Bush.
