Just saw "Bad Times at the El Royale" and thought it was an awesome move. Fresh and well done. It kept my interest the whole time - didnt check my phone, quasi surf the net, or check my watch.
I give it 4.8 out of 5 Stars.

Great thread @Frogleg Can't believe we didn't have one of these already.

The sad part for me is I probably haven't seen any movies that will be discussed here. It will probably shock most of you the amount of "blockbusters" in the last 20-30 years that I've not attended. I'm sure the rest of the crew will contribute though.

Probably more than me. I never saw any of the Star Wars movies but the first one.

I saw the first three. Star Wars, and whatever the other two were. Empire Strikes Back and I think it may have been Return of the Jedi and I don't know if those are even it or if they are in the right order. I was a kid. Haven't seen anything after those.

I haven't seen ant of the star wars movies. Since my divorce I've been to more movies; none recently though.

Nowdays its easier and cheaper to watch movies at home in hd and eat your own snacks instead of theater food. I do miss the Junior Mints though. I haven't bought any in years but when I would go to a movie I would always get a box.

I'm all about the chocolate covered almonds in the theatre. Last time I had them was for "Bohemian Rhapsody," which was excellent, btw. Don't often hear any audience applaud when the movie ends, but it happened for that one.
