I’ve got over 10 rifles, mostly WWII, and while they all shoot, and several are accurate, I am not under an illusion that I can keep the US ofA at Bay.
Exactly, we have systems and laws on the books the government is too fucking stupid to enact/make work.
Its not about just you though. It is about all of us. We are too large for anyone government or force to control us. Over half of the military would instantly defect. SO that leaves what 600K troops vs 75 million gun owners?

Nope. The government is corporations. The military is the people. You have it backwards if you think majority of the military would turn on the people.
I pray you're right 123, the Posse Comitatus Act protects us somewhat, but I've always worried about our military reserves being used against us
I'm an independent, sorta, Oregon won't let you vote in the primaries unless you're registered as a dim or repug,.. we can write in and vote for an independent candidate,.. but that law needs to be changed.
No one knows about the system of background checks. We don't need more laws. We need a system that works. I bet the government doesn't fund a system that works...on purpose.
