What do you think? The guys definitely aren't professional grade, making commentary mistakes consistently throughout the game. But they still do a fair job and probably do better than most of us could.
respectully, i disagree. YOU could do a better job. Anyway, ive said my piece and look forward to our run!
He is a completely delusional homer. Every guy we have is the next Vince Young, or the next Julius Peppers, or some other ridiculous comparison. The play-by-play guy is no better. Last night he was STILL wondering whether #11 on the kickoff team was Perriloux. How dumb can you be? As a "professional" he should have done enough homework to get it right the first time, but then to do it again 10 weeks into the season? Geez. Living in Austin I am grateful for getting the games on ESPN Gameplan, but those guys are the pitts.
yeah...amazes me still that this Perilloux-Sheppard thing continues to be F'd up 10 weeks in the season. And by a local guy no less. Unreal.
Nadeau seems to think that he gets paid by the word. He never shuts the hell up between the time the other guy quits talking till the next snap. He drives me nuts. I'd rather have St. Amant Pony League football guy sitting behind me bitching about every play call. That's how bad Nadeau is. Just pipe in Dan Borne and STFU already.
The guy is brutal, however, I hardly ever listen to any announce other than Moreau and Hawthorne. Now, when I'm watching a non-LSU game, I prefer Todd Blackledge and Mike Patrick (I think that's the duo). I love how Patrick calls breakaway plays. Chris Spielman and Sean McDonough are another B.R.U.T.A.L tandem. Listening to those two is like taking a saw and slowly cutting off your hand.
