The Allen Outlet Mall is about 15 minutes from my house. I haven't been there in a long time because the way the parking lot is set up, it is conjested and not a quick in and out by any means. But I have been there many times. When my girls were little, I always took them back-to-school shopping there. Two of my high school senior's friends had left the mall 45 minutes before the shooting. This one hit very close to home...literally.
Can they drive? Can they read? Can they go to the grocery store or home depot and buy anything in the store (besides spray paint)?
