So all the whining about semi automatic and “AR-15”s by the left is ridiculous. There is no fundamental difference between the way semi automatic gun operate. The difference is the capability of AR-15 and like weapons is their ability to handle the high pressure bullets generate. These bullets are what cause the horrible damage when used. There is a long history of laws that limit ammunition and magazine capacity being constitutionally acceptable. The reasonable and effective way to reduce the effectiveness of these weapons is to limit the ammunition and magazine. Thoughts???
You clearly don't have the slightest clue of what you are talking about. The ONLY difference between an "AR" style rifle and a more traditional looking rifle is the way they look! Unless you want to talk about barrel length in which case the AR is at a disadvantage because they usually have shorter length barrel which reduces range and accuracy. In other words STFU and don't tread on me!
I own a hand gun that will blow a hole in you much bigger and cause more harm than my AR. Velocity only means anything for range.
The old woodsmaster 30-06 is quite capable of doing some serious damage. But then again, so is a .44 mag
It may sound silly, but, to me, the punishment of gun crimes should be stiff. I also figured there would be a massive tax implemented for ballistic tip ammo, any magazine size, and all guns. I figured we would priced out of ownership. I’ve also seen a dude shoot a .357 single action revolver faster than most guys can accurately run a semi-automatic.
You were fine till your last paragraph which is which is why I always lump you in with Rex. The 2nd Amendment was not written to gaurantee us we can shoot squirrels and such. It was written to protect us from people like Rex. Large capacity clips are for protecting us from the tyranny of your party. This is why they including Rex and you should never be in any position of power.
