    Sure did see those. I also just about every coach mentioned so far as possible replacement for Les blow games they had no business losing. If you thin kMiles is the only coach to do such a thing, you are sorely mistaken.
    Do I think he's the best in the Country? No I don't. Do I honestly think any other coach would have made it through our season unbeaten? Sure it's possible. I'm not going to go as far as saying definitely or even probably. Every coach makes bad decisions and screws up, not just ours. And with the attitude you're displaying, you're setting yourself up for disappointment regardless of who the coach at LSU is.

    It probably went down like this.

    Booter: We got an in, but we need to get Les and have him back by 3:00 Wednesday.

    AD: We need a flight now.

    Booster: I'll handle it. But it may cost us.

    AD: We are Michigan, we got the money.

    Booster: Ok I got us a flight.....but, all they have available to leave now is a big ass jet that drinks fuel.

    AD: SO, when will it be ready, we need to go A.S.A.P.

    Booster: it's ready now.


    So they fly down on an overpriced jet to get here now in hopes of saving a ton of money on the contract because they close their deal before Miles' renegotiation with LSU begins.

    But it may have never began anyway. There is a lot of talk right now about LSU waiving the buyout clause in Miles' contract in order for his deal to go through. I have no clue if there is any truth to this. just a lot of rumbling right now.

    I'm so frustrated. I feel like Michigan arrogance is screwing us. They only care about what is best for Michigan and that is where CLM's heart is. I hope we can get a committed coach who only cares about coaching LSU. We've benefited from both Saban and Miles but their 100% soul commitment was not to LSU. Man I hope we can get the best coach out there who will be 100% LSU.

    Is there anything in this world more respectable than that? I don't think so. I don't nessacarily agree with him, but that is a characteristic that more folks need to have. And not just on a forum, and not just about football.

    I'd like to think Bo Rein would have stayed for longer than five years. :bncry:

    If this plays out it will be nasty but we will come out of it stronger. The key if finding the right coach who is committed just to LSU.
