if someone pointed a gun to my head and told me to choose, I'd say he goes, but I do know he and the Missus both love it here, so I wouldn't be surprised either way.

LSU is operating under the assumption that they want him to stay, but they are also patiently looking around and asking friends of friends to see who might be interested just in case.

Guys, that plane is a DC-9. Its a large passenger plane. I seriously doubt that Michigan's athletic director and other search members would be using a plane that large. The fuel alone would cost more than chartering a small executive jet. No way that plane has anything to do with this.

Not that I disagree on the done deal part, because I think Les has already made up his mind, but the flight to Ann Arbor is sorta a stretch. I would think that the team and the coaching staff are getting ready to board a plane to Atlanta.

I agree with you but I also felt that way when I'd heard rumors of Miles flying to Dallas to lobby for a Cotton Bowl bid on the eve of an SECCG two years ago too so I wouldn't put it past him.

The fella nearly lost the OU game a couple of weeks ago because he couldn't run out the clock with that gunnin' offense of his. I'm not at all interested in him. Plus (this is for you, Tiga), he is decidedly NOT hot.

I will have to assume this was not part of the press conference and was from a interview Carl did with him. He did not say that during the press conference from what I heard. Checking the transcript after the fact, it is not there either. Have a link to that article? If not, I'll just ask Carl where the quote was from.

Some people have already discussed with you in the thread that those priorities are correct. usually winning the SEC West, then the SEC championship will put you in a position to compete for the NC. So if you had to prioritize, it would be 1) Win west, 2) win SEC, 3) Win NC. Makes sense to me.

Other than that, I'll just continue to laugh about if the title was about UF's coach instead of ours. :hihi:
