1 Game 1 is an irreversible indication of what awaits this season . 2 Baby Huey doesn’t put one quality win on the wall
3 We get humiliated by the Evil Dwarf and ATM
    Next coach : Kiffin
    Why?
1 By December this program will need some juice
2 Firing Baby Huey will bring out the Greek chorus of naysayers claiming ‘Wow two seasons removed from a perfect season and they firing him ‘
That will spook most( all) viable candidates . Kiffin would walk here to be HC.
3 Would Kiffin be uncomfortable replacing good friend O?
I’m pretty sure there’s a shelf life on his loyalty
4 The opportunity for Kiffin in 3-4 years to kick Saban’s ass who will start losing a step — and he will eventually .
Happy Labors to all and yes I am sober ——- kinda .

Not a problem if he brings in a savior for this horrible defense. Love his offense, but not a fan of last possession wins the game.

Kiffin is a definite possibility. I agree with your estimate of his loyalty to O and think think LSU is a much better job than Mississippi.
He’s also a better coach. My concern is whether or not he is any more of a program builder. It would be interesting.

Buying out O’s contract this year will cost 21 million. Then you have to give Kiffin an offer he can’t refuse. 25-30 million maybe? Good luck raising that amount of money. Best thing to do is want two years when O’s buyout is around 10 million and see who’s available.

Has anyone ever hired Kiffin that didn't later regret it?
