I heard less than 1 season. Wilson left in January 2016. Craig became recruiting coordinator in September 2016.

It's quite likely that micromanager Miles told the assistants who to recruit. He liked smaller linemen. Oeaux became the recruiting coordinator in 2016 after Frank Wilson left.

Those of you who supported Miles too long really need to pipe down about Orgeron. Miles dragged us way down. Orgeron was selected, the selection is defendable, now he needs time to implement change. If he sucks too bad he'll be canned ASAP. Y'all were wrong about Miles, you might just be wrong now too.

I keep saying it...we will not get championship caliber coaching until we give Joe the boot. No one worth their salt will work for a guy who handles problems so unprofessionally. Do you think Urban or Saban would work for such a buffoon. These guys see what he did with Les, Jimbo, and Herman. Yes we have good assistants but it will take more than that as they will leave for better gigs. The Saban-Belichic type guys continue to win even as they are robbed of their supporting cast. If we want to be elite and sustain a championship program we have to make some wholesale changes.

I think the deterioration of the DL started with Chavis. He prefered a smaller, faster d-lineman over the Dorsey/Lavalais prototype. This is only O's 3rd year on staff, but I'm very interested to see how he does with this years recruiting class. Rebuilding both lines has to be a priority.

Also having to recruit the way miles wanted him to recruit. How would that have gone for him to pick players he liked and not old leslie?

I make a habit not to disagree with a man whose bicep is wider than my chest. He's also exactly right.
Now let me fire a cow with the plague into everyone's castle ( I'm into Thrones).
Part of the reason the Evil Dwarf left is he didn't think he could maintain success here.
60% - window of opportunity for NFL
20% - Emmert was leaving as Chancellor
20% - didn't see the success here sustainable
