Good job by Miles to get Jimbo to stay, and to attract Bo Pellini! Great job to get Karl Dunbar back in Baton Rouge.

I really like the staff Miles has put together even better than Saban's staff. I was really glad we got Pelini but am a little suprised to see him ranked that high. Let's hope they are right and our defense will continue to dominate while Jimbo takes the offense to a higher level with the truck load of talent the team has. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

While I haven't heard of many people doubting this coaching staff they still do have a lot to prove during the season. So far they seem to be doing just about everything right. Let's hope they are as good at game day coaching as they seem to be at everything else so far. I'm really looking forward to seeing if Pelini's scaled down defense will cut down on some of the missed assignments while remaining aggressive. It will also be interesting to see what impact Miles will have on playcalling. I really expect and look forward to improvement in special teams especially FG's and PT's. All of the changes and preseason hype make for an interesting time leading up to kickoff. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

    47 freaking turnovers....47!

People, that is an ASSLOAD!!! Almost 4/game over a 12-game span....insane.

    47 turnovers is a BUNCH...

I'd be happy with about 2-3 a game...

ANd to answer the earlier question, I think that Fisher calls the plays, but Miles gives a little bit of imput...

Fisher was hesitant to stay here, b/c he thought his freedom as a coordinator would be gone, but was convinced to stay when he found out, he would have most of the play calling responsibility

We could not lose any game for several years and still have people bitching about our staff

With a stingy defense creating turnovers and a wide open offense not running 80% of the time, LSU could really win by some big numbers this year. LSU's giveaway takeaway ratio was a joke last year, so many DAMNED FUMBLES :dis:
I hope Pelini can get his 47 here at LSU with the talent we have, that would be quite an accomplishment.
