Are there issues with coaching at LSU? The slow starts, penalties, sloppy play, is this on Les Miles and his staff or on the players? I think a more disciplined team (and coach) would have much less of this occur on his team, espicially as talented a team as this one. Les still has something to prove, can he get this team rounded into shape before something happens that gets them so deep that their talent can't dig them out of. any thoughts?:geauxtige :crystal: :milesmic:
OK, This is just my opinion but I see an imperfect team rated #1 in the country and only 4 games away from playing for a national title. The players on LSU's team look like they are having fun out there and being pretty successful doing it. I see at least one other coach in the SEC emulating Coach Miles' style and he would be non other than Coach Richt of GA. How many bad characters has Coach Miles kicked off the team this year? The coaching staff allows the players to play AND have fun doing it which is why they are having the year that they are. Is Fla. 9-1 with Nazi boy at the helm? No. Yes the team is not perfect and yes they give us roller coaster emotions when we watch them play but I would not trade our coaching staff for ANY other in the nation. I am watching the playback of last nights game right now and you know what,I'm really enjoying it!:geaux:  :milesmic: Fear the Mad Hatter!
There are issues with coaching at all 119 Division I schools. Yes. You mean like the cool, disciplined Nick Saban and his band of spartan, disciplined athletes with a disciplined strategy and that disciplined look in their eyes? Sorry feller, this is 9-1, you'll find that disciplined team somewhere in 6-4. We have a passionate team around here. Uhh . . . where have you been? 2005 wants its catch phrase back! Les doesn't have much left to prove to anyone, chief.
