1. He may coach but probably not in college. He'll end up in the NFL, where rape is the norm and he won't be responsible.
  2. I hope you're right but I think it just means he will have to wait longer for his next chance.
  3. yeah but its not as remarkable as baylors turnaround. now look at both of them. both will have close to modern day smu death penalties when its all said and done.
  4. yeah but at least Baylor didn't cheat to get the players

but alternatively, what transpired was totally avoidable and they just looked the other way, how fucking dumb on Baylor's part
  5. Freeze will get another job before Briles does.
  6. of course they cheated. if briles indirectly encouraged rape, its no reach to realize he bent every rule possible to get recruits.

  7. so basically he just let the program run afoul just to keep these recruits happy and to keep the gravy train running
  8. Of course he did. I tend to look at JoePa as the lowest bar possible for what someone will do to win. I have absolutely no doubt that he knew what was going on....for years. But he wanted to win and those kids were throw-aways. Had they been affluent or not from single-parent homes, the story would have been different.

It's good to see schools take this shit more seriously these days.

  9. Yes, and I wasn't questioning whether that happened but rather that's what Tirk meant with him comment.
