Turning the coin, what evidence is there that things have changed? Bama has already reported about 8 "minor infractions" since Saban has been there and Bama has been reported by several SEC schools and several non-SEC schools for recruiting violations since Saban arrived. I'm not saying anyone else is sqeaky clean but don't be so naive as to believe Bama isn't doing everything they can to keep Julio in the fold.

Im not accusing anyone of anything, thats not blatantly obvious. If the courts thought enough of it to make a case of it.
