Last I heard is that he will announce tomorrow. Some are saying the visit to LSU is not going to happen. I guess we will see tomorrow.
I don't know about announcing tomorrow, but I put the visit chance at less than 5 percent. Mastermind says it's a definite, so hopefully he is right.

He arrived early Saturday morning and attended the basketball game, sitting with Tigers head coach Dabo Swinney behind the Clemson bench. His mother and father joined him on the visit. Clowney may still take another visit. North Carolina and LSU have been trying to get him scheduled. Tar Heels head coach Butch Davis met with him last week. Clowney has another weekend available to visit because he won't sign until Feb. 14, his birthday. Coaches from USC and Alabama also met with Clowney last week. Memphisplaya was also saying it is going down as of last night and he is closer than most. Montgomery has been in his ear along with Chavis and Cooper who are all from Clowney's area. I heard the V-day announcement and then another outlet said he stopped taking calls and will announce on Wednesday. Seems like TB.com is now saying he is not visiting as of this morning. So likely be one of those things where we will wait all day to see if he decides to pull the trigger and if he doesn't we can assume he will likely make a visit here.
18,000? Is he joking? Down here, we could get 18,000 to show up at 6am on a Sunday morning just to give the guy a round of applause when he takes his morning piss. LSU could get 18,000 top-shelf honeys to write his life story on their ass cheeks ( one letter per cheek ) for his perusal while he waits for his flight. Apparently, Clowney's coach doesn't understand the difference between USCe and the true SEC royalty.
