Guiliani admits he is a target of the Georgia Election Fraud Case. In the same breath he called the US a fascist state because he is being investigated. He is trying to imply that his 1st amendment rights have been violated and they are simply trying to silence him when it has been clear all along that freedom of speech isn't unlimited and spreading lies in spite of overwhelming evidence otherwise to undermine the results of an election. Mr. Guiliani was quick to point out that he was only acting as a representative of Trump when he was making those claims.

I've felt all along that Trump and his cronies biggest legal trouble would come from the Georgia probe. Hell, they have Trump on the phone asking the SOS to "find" his enough votes to tip the election his way. A federal judge just ruled that Lindsey Graham has to testify before the Grand Jury in the same case.

Now go ahead and try to tell me why this is all a big hoax too.

 

Everywhere you look trump is a massive crook.

trump's long time CFO, Allen Weisselberg, will plead guilty this week to grand larceny for 15 years of paying trump Organization executives off the books to avoid taxes. The trump Organization, itself, is still under indictment.

The deal will punish Weisselberg with only a five month prison sentence, which could be reduced to 100 days for good behavior. Plus, as part of the plea deal Weisselberg will not have to testify against trump. ... a deal so ridiculously lenient that I think the NY District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, is on the take.
