Right now Trump's strategy seems to be hoping that the vote is close enough so that he can contest the results using Mail In ballots as his excuse and hope that the courts can hand him the Presidency...because there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to his strategy right now. I think he was in New Hampshire a few days ago. Before that he was in Omaha, Nebraska defending the second congressional district there. Nebraska, like Maine, split their electoral votes and Trump is about 7.5% down in that district and likely to lose an electoral vote from Nebraska. The battleground states are all states that Trump won in 2016; Georgia, Florida, Texas, Iowa, North Carolina, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona. He trails in all of those except Ohio and Texas right now. Some of them are outside the margin of error like Wisconsin and Michigan. The only battlegrounds that Trump didn't win in 2016 are Minnesota and Nevada and Trump isn't polling well in either and hasn't for the entirety of the election. Further he does not have a historically unpopular candidate like Clinton to run against and none of Trump's go to smears have worked against Biden. Trump also has a record that he cannot lie about. People know how badly he's handled the pandemic and how badly his blunder has cost the economy. I understand your desire to see Trump re-elected but the empirical evidence we have right now says it isn't likely to happen. Historic voter turnout does not bode well for Trump...as @Jmg has said in this thread, and I'm paraphrasing here but, "people don't stand in line to vote because they are happy with the way things are going."

Correct. Majority of people hate socialism and cities burning and therefore voting.

you are bad at paraphrsing. i made a point that sometimes low turnout means the people are pleased and satisfied enough to not care. it can mean mean other things, including they are frustrated and think voting is useless. i didnt say what you claim i said.
