I completely agree with this statement. It is exactly what I told @kcal yesterday. People are not happy right now and they want change. Hence the long lines imo.
right so we can intuit that low turnout is the opposite, people dont want change, government is working. low turnout is fine. again, the goal is not turnout. the goal is good policy. if i can run ads saying that david duke is a fuckface and that make white supremacists depresssed and they dont bother to vote, i have done good.
